After you have chosen the desired venue, we sign an all-inclusive contract that covers designing, planning, and coordination of your dreamed wedding day.

Setting budget, Wedding timeline schedule, Connecting to the best vendors in the industry - accommodation, transfers, photographers, catering, music, decoration, make up & hair, kids entertainment, fireworks, surprises for guests. You will be able to track our progress regarding the budget and running sheet.

To bring your vision into reality we will create a storyboard of the day or mulitiday events. In this phase we go through all details with you because every details matters.

To ensure every detail is according your expectation we organize Inspection trip on the site, which include also Food Testing and Hair&Make trials.

We close the budget and design the final guests sitting layout.

On your arrival, few days before the wedding day, we meet and one more time go through everything.
